I’m getting married in July and I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been.
I’d like to lose between two and two and a half stone by the end of July. I don’t know if that’s realistic.
I have real problems with calorie counting. I’ve downloaded MFP and started SlimFast—I figure this could work well as I can just scan barcodes for two meals out of three per day and know exactly what I’ve eaten.
I struggle with portion control and making good choices, so having no choice for breakfast and lunch might work for me.
Has SlimFast worked/not worked for anyone else? I’ve seen people tutting about it on other threads because of the sugar content, but I’d like to hear from people who actually tried it.
