Accurate TDEE calculator?

For my TDEE, I am searching for a reasonably accurate calculator. The ones that I have utilized on Google vary greatly, from 1500 to 2550. I am not sure where to look for a reliable calculator.

Additionally, is it safe to cut more than 500 calories from my TDEE? Providing it remains over 1200 upon reduction.

I am also curious as to how much lower forearm tattoos will wrinkle after dropping a significant amount of weight.

I’ve discovered this one to be excellent.

Personally, I’ve found calculators to be inaccurate. Some places offer BMR tests alongside DEXA scans. I wore a Fitbit for about a month, and it accurately calculated my daily calories burned, aligning with my weight loss over the month while maintaining a consistent calorie intake. For instance, a calculator estimated my BMR at 2.2k calories, but my Fitbit logged 3-3.2k calories burned on days when I only took 4-5k steps.

I’m not very familiar with TDEE calculators, but from what I’ve heard about weight loss and tattoos, some people may experience slight distortion, especially depending on how much weight they lose. Others might have more detailed insights on this.
