Any keto diet lunch suggestions for school?

I honestly don’t know what I’m going to bring to school for lunch, other than bread with something filling in it. I can’t bring a big meal or warm up anything because I’m simply a student.

Make a keto-friendly soup, such as broccoli cheddar or creamy tomato, with coconut milk or heavy cream. Put it in a thermos to keep warm till lunch.

Make a juicy hamburger patty and top it with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and cheese.
Instead of a bun, wrap your sandwich in lettuce leaves.

Make a classic egg salad using hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped celery.
Scoop it into large lettuce leaves for a low-carb sandwich option.

Spinach salad with avocado slices, nuts (almonds work well in my opinion), seeds (pumpkin or sunflower), salmon or shredded lunch meat of your choice, shredded cheese, broccoli, and a honey mustard dressing. It is critical to remember to eat leafy greens and other vegetables while on the keto diet. Finish with a square or two of 70%+ dark chocolate (the higher the proportion, the better; I prefer 90-92% variations).

Salads with canned tuna or hard-boiled eggs, lettuce wraps with deli meat and cheese, and homemade protein boxes with cheese, nuts, and vegetables are all inexpensive and portable keto lunch options. Batch cooking dishes, such as casseroles or frittatas, can save time and money while providing leftovers for numerous lunches. Staying on track with keto while saving money requires careful planning and the use of low-cost foods. Find more affordable keto dinner ideas on my Quora profile!
