I can’t get through the day without my zero-calorie drinks. They curb my cravings and keep me feeling full, but I feel like I’m actually addicted now. Anyone else in the same boat?
I’m right there with you. Coke Zero is my go-to. I know it’s probably not the best thing to have every day, but it keeps the hunger at bay, and I just love it.

I don’t think it’s that bad for you, honestly. Way better than sugary stuff.
I’m not into diet sodas, but flavored sparkling water? I’m obsessed. So refreshing and guilt-free.
I drink diet soda all day, every day. It’s better than all those extra calories I’d get from regular soda.

True, but don’t forget there are other chemicals in there, too. Just because it’s sugar-free doesn’t mean it’s completely harmless.
@Olin
You’d have to drink an insane amount for it to really mess with your liver. Honestly, you’d probably get water poisoning before hitting that level with zero-cal drinks.
Yep, I need them every day. It’s part of my routine now.
They’re my only real option besides water, so zero-cal drinks bring some variety and flavor to my life.
Same here. I lost over 100 pounds, and diet drinks were a huge part of that. Now I feel stuck with them. Tried to quit a few times but couldn’t do it.
Lately, I’m all about Sparkling Ice drinks. It’s just flavored, fizzy water, and they’ve got some great flavors.
Zero-sugar soda is a lifesaver for those sweet cravings. I can’t imagine cutting them out.
I quit drinking and started relying on Diet Coke. It actually helped me stay sober. And La Croix is my new favorite.
Switching to Coke Zero cut down my caffeine habit. I’m a fan, no matter what they say about diet drinks. Diet Dr. Pepper, too.
Back when I lived with my parents, my brothers and I would literally get a trailer full of Coke Zero every couple of months.
Guilty as charged… Coke Zero and Monster Zero are my weaknesses.
I drink zero cola before and after work. Once, I was sick with a throat infection, and my mom joked that Coke Zero would fix me up. It actually did help.
I need some kind of flavor, so I add lemon or fruit punch drops to my water. Been doing it long before I even thought about dieting.
Diet Coke is my go-to whenever I’m trying to keep my calorie count low. Helps me feel satisfied.
