B shaped stomach? Help?!

Anyone know how to deal with a B-shaped stomach? I’m doing well in other areas, but I’m struggling with this one. Any advice?

No doctor ever advised me to eat kimchi, yet it worked for me. However, doctors have told me that alcohol and sugar consumption have contributed to my uncomfortable bloated stomach. I adore sugar, so instead of buying sweets, I purchased one Senergy GT’s kombucha every day, which also helped a lot. Probiotics benefit certain people. I would like them to have at least 50 billion active strains to cover a wide spectrum of potential concerns.

Cut out oily foods; I am an Indian, and oily morning breakfasts are fairly prevalent. We are big fans of paraathes. I’ve been eating oats every morning for the past 2-3 months, and it’s been really good for me. Other answers suggested green tea, among other things. Yes, you can try it; the key is to keep a healthy diet. I do have cheat days that last 3-4 days and help my stomach feel better.

Work on your digestion. Poor digestion can cause abdominal fat to appear huge. Eating fibre-rich foods will benefit you. Drink plenty of water too.

Reduce your intake of added sugar, which is an excellent place to begin. Limit your sugar intake to moderate amounts of fruit. Processed box meals, fast food, and drinks are typically shipped with a large amount of salt, sugar, and chemicals. Stop the flow of junk food as soon as possible.

The commonly reported figure is 3500 calories to lose one pound. Dieting can help with this, but certain types of exercise can put your body in a metabolic state that allows you to burn calories even after you leave the gym.
