This might help someone out. I don’t really like brushing my teeth, so I find myself avoiding any snacks after dinner to skip brushing again haha I wonder if anyone else does this too?
I’ve tried this, but it doesn’t work for me. Even if I brush, I’ll still end up eating when I feel hungry. Then I have to brush again, redo my skincare because it gets rinsed off… it’s like a whole process.

I wish I could be put off by something that simple. But I just can’t fall asleep when I’m hungry
This works for me too. Once I brush my teeth and put in my retainers, I’m just too lazy to snack again. Although, I won’t lie… sometimes when I’m super stressed (like during deadlines), I still end up taking my retainers out for a quick snack. It’s like stress eating wins every time.
I read about this trick somewhere and tried it myself… sadly, it didn’t work for me
I get hungry but I usually end up just getting distracted watching YouTube… so I don’t eat anyway.
