Hi! I just begun my weight loss journey, and this question has been on my mind for a long time. I certainly want this, but from women who have dropped weight, how has it affected your body?
Yes, I lost 40 kilogrammes (great!) While they’re still a little bigger than average, I’m really self-conscious now because of the drooping.

100%. I progressed from a C-D cup to an A cup, if I’m lucky. I suppose the 20kg was just my boobs.
I haven’t heard anyone suggest this before, but it depends on whether you have predominantly breast tissue or fat in your breasts. Breast tissue is highly dense and does not respond well to weight loss, whereas fat will.
I’ve always been huge chested (HH - cups on average), and after dropping significant weight, I’m currently in a C cup (which I love).
My nipples remain upright, but my boobs have flattened and are now mostly skin. To be honest, I’d want to have them cut off:D. But they are OK following the weight drop.
Yes, boobs are largely simply fat pillows, and I always shed some weight when I slim down. Same with my buttocks. Unfortunately, you cannot just shed fat in specific locations; instead, focus on all of your fantastic progress and how you feel! You may build your chest muscles by doing chest presses, flies, and other arm workouts on an incline. Congratulations, and keep up the good job!
Yep! I went from an E cup to a C at my lowest to a comfortable DD at my current weight, hehe, all over the show! They’re generally the first part of your body to lose or acquire weight.
