I weigh about 240 lbs and I’m 5’4" tall. My penis girth is around 5 inches. I aim to lose around 80 pounds by the end of the year, but I’m worried about how it might affect my girth.
While weight loss typically doesn’t affect penis length and might even increase it by reducing fat around the area, I’m concerned about girth. I don’t want to lose what I have.
Losing weight typically won’t make you physically bigger. In fact, the goal is to shrink your overall size by shedding excess fat. But, there can be a cool trick of the eye. Fat tissue tends to gather around areas like your stomach and hips. When you lose weight, that fat shrinks, revealing more of your underlying muscle tone. This can make you look more sculpted and toned, even if the scale weight stays the same. So, while weight loss won’t magically add inches, it can definitely change your body composition for a more defined you.
Hello guys, ok loosing weight will make your size bigger, actually If you are losing inches but maintaining your weight and you regularly strength train, you may actually be losing fat and gaining muscle. As you lose weight, particularly fat around your midsection, your waistline may become smaller. and this can give you the appearance of a more defined and potentially larger upper and lower body by comparison For men, losing weight, particularly fat around the pubic area, can make the penis appear larger. This is because excess fat can partially cover the base of the penis, making it look smaller.
