Extreme weight loss, is it possible to lose 20 kg in 6 months?

Hello, men and women. I was shocked to see that, at 177 cm tall, I weighed 98 kg on the scales. My weight should be 78 kg if you use other BMI calculators; this will be regarded as normal.

This can not continue because I am a big foodie, and I know that either I have to give up sports permanently or drastically alter my eating patterns.

Tell me how to pump yourself at home using the first parameters I mentioned above in the best possible way.

My strength is poor due to my sedentary lifestyle, therefore I will not be able to perform difficult workouts right away, but I have to start someplace.

It is a good idea to start at home with easy workouts. Try some bodyweight exercises like planks, push-ups, squats, and lunges.

As you gain strength, gradually up the duration and intensity. To achieve your weight goals, combine physical activity with a healthy diet.

This is something you can handle.

Why have you put this time limit on yourself? Starting out with big goals like this can be tough. Work with smaller ones and you’re more likely to achieve.
