I have been working out regularly, but it is not very intense, and my calorie deficit is small, so I haven’t lost much weight. I have recently restarted intermittent fasting and want to lose more weight. My morning workouts aren’t difficult, and I have enough energy throughout the day. I’m considering adding another workout later in the day. Will this help me lose weight since I am barely losing any with my current routine?

Yes, working out twice a day will help you lose weight faster.
However, you can still stick to once a day workouts. The key thing you should focus on is cardio. But definitely try out different regimens so that it doesn’t get boring and monotonous thus killing your working out spirit

Yes, that is what I do almost daily. Two a day are wonderful for improving your fitness and giving you a more active hand in your weight loss journey.
Start slow and build If you have not been doing so. My current setup is running and sprints in the morning and weights or martial arts at night.
