I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for healthy desserts that did not include dark chocolate, maple syrup, or yoghurt. (I do not like these foods, yet they appear to dominate every healthy sweet dish I find online.)
Freeze bananas (skin removed), then blitz in a food processor with raspberries, blueberries, peanut butter, or coconut (or any combination of these) - it tastes like ice cream, is delicious, and is low in fat.
I enjoy making sugar-free jelly pots with frozen or canned fruit in them.
Try strawberry shortcakes! Dessert shells, strawberries, low-fat whipped cream, and brown sugar stevia are all required. Typically, it is 160cal for two shells. Strawberries, whipped cream, and stevia have nearly no calories. Enjoy:)
Fat-free cottage cheese with a spoonful of raspberry yoghurt is delicious and high in protein!! I am lactose intolerant, but I simply avoid milk and find that morsels of cheese and yoghurt do not bother my stomach.
I purchase the sugar-free Russell Stover candies. They certainly contain calories, but just enough to keep me from craving actual sweets.
There are many different sorts of biscuits that may be made with alternative flours, including almond flour. I also switch from regular sugar to coconut sugar and use coconut oil instead of standard oil. You can substitute a variety of ingredients in standard recipes. Type in the ingredient you want and proceed from there. This is how I found mine.
I’m not sure if this is what you mean, but I enjoy frozen grapes. ETA: I recommend freezing in sections. It’s easy to go overboard.
Who said pancakes and waffles were only for the morning table? Top them with healthier alternatives such as yoghurt instead of heavy cream and honey instead of maple syrup! minus the powdered sugar dusting.
Fruit tarts, creamless cakes, chocolate, coconut burfi, besan ladoo, kheer, fruit custards, arrowroot pudding, plain pudding, pancakes, cashew peda and fruit ice cream.payasams.
