I’ve noticed that I’ve been gaining weight recently without any clear reason. I haven’t changed my diet or exercise routine, so I’m a bit concerned. Can anyone share their experiences or insights into what might cause unexplained weight gain? Are there medical conditions or lifestyle factors I should consider? Any advice on how to manage or investigate this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a possibility that you’ve experienced something extremely stressful? During a period of increased stress and worry, I experienced something similar without making any other dietary or physical adjustments.
