How Can I Up My Calorie Intake When I Can’t Eat More Than 2 Meals a Day?

I’m in a bit of a bind here. I used to eat a lot of snacks throughout the day, but now I can’t seem to eat more than two meals a day. I’ve cut out snacks entirely, and while I know I need to increase my protein and carb intake, I just can’t seem to eat enough—it feels like I’m fasting when I really don’t want to! :sob:

Does anyone have tips or strategies to help me increase my calorie intake given that I can only manage two meals? Any advice on foods or meal ideas that pack a lot of nutrition would be greatly appreciated

To boost calorie intake with just two meals a day, try adding healthy fats (like avocados and nuts), protein-rich foods (like lean meats and Greek yogurt), and calorie-dense grains (like quinoa). Consider nutrient-dense smoothies and larger portions to increase your intake.

Try calorie-dense foods like avocados, nuts, and protein shakes. Increase portion sizes at meals.
