Hello, my 14-year-old sister is overweight (165 cm, 77 kg) and worries about potential long-term health issues. She can’t afford a doctor and finds it hard to fit exercise into her busy schedule. Her diet is high in fats and carbs, and although she enjoys meal prepping, she doesn’t like most veggies and fruits. She’s also heard that tracking calories as a teenager might lead to eating disorders. Any advice would be appreciated!

She might want to learn how to cook vegetables more appealingly. Often, people think they don’t like veggies because they are cooked poorly. For example, grilling broccoli with dried garlic and pepper can make a big difference. It might turn out to be quite tasty!
