How much coffee creamer do you use?

I have three to four tablespoons of creamer with my coffee every morning, which comes out to roughly 100 calories per day.

I have not given up on this; it has been a constant in my weight loss quest. I just will not drink my coffee unflavored or with a tablespoon of creamer. It is really too sour!

However, the idea that everyone wants to switch to black coffee appears to be a recurring topic in this sub. How many people, like me, will never give up their creamer and will always find room for it in their daily calorie budget?

What are your opinions?

You do not have to give up creamer to lose weight! Lots of people enjoy flavoured coffee. Try flavoured beans, plant-based milks like almond milk with vanilla, or simply measure out your typical creamer amount to ensure you’re not using too much. The most essential thing is to discover a manner to drink coffee that is compatible with your healthy lifestyle. Focus on progress rather than perfection, and listen to your body. There’s nothing wrong with using a little creamer to help you achieve your goals.

Hi fam, the amount and quantity of a coffee creamer depends on an individual.

I prefer using regular 1.5% fat milk for my coffee. I add 50ml of milk per cup, which amounts to 24kcal.

In my opinion, three to four tablespoons of creamer equating to roughly 100 calories is manageable within most daily calorie budgets, especially if you’re diligent about tracking your overall intake and staying within your goals.
