Hey there, do whatever makes you feel better. If you become tired/hungry/lightheaded as a result of not eating, eat first. If you feel too full, weary, or don’t want to walk after eating, eat after.
The only time it will really make a difference is when you start going all out. You might get to the gym with a full stomach and leave with an empty one.
I eat after workouts only because I know Imma be hungry after; even if I ate before.
