Is it better to eat a meal before or after i walk?

I enjoy using the treadmill in the afternoon, sometimes right after lunch. As the headline suggests, I was wondering if it would be preferable to have lunch before or after I go for a stroll. In case it counts, I have been walking for twenty minutes at ten-minute intervals, gradually increasing to thirty.

The order of your lunch and walk is a matter of personal preference. Experiment with both pre-walk and post-walk meals to determine which optimizes your energy levels and overall well-being.

Hey there, do whatever makes you feel better. If you become tired/hungry/lightheaded as a result of not eating, eat first. If you feel too full, weary, or don’t want to walk after eating, eat after.

The only time it will really make a difference is when you start going all out. You might get to the gym with a full stomach and leave with an empty one.
I eat after workouts only because I know Imma be hungry after; even if I ate before.
But like others have said, no real difference except how you feel.

Digestion is improved by it over sitting. However, it’s advisable to wait until after your body has had time to process the fats and proteins before engaging in a moderate-to-intense workout. Digestion slows down when you ask your muscles to work hard during an exercise, diverting blood away from your stomach.
