Hi there,
I’m feeling determined and ready to start a weight loss journey. Currently, I weigh 290 lbs and stand at 5’11". My goal is to lose 30-40 lbs in just two months. I understand this is ambitious, but I’m committed to making significant lifestyle changes during this period.
My plan involves consuming around 1700 calories per day and working out six days a week with the PPL (Push, Pull, Legs) routine. I’ve prioritized protein intake to preserve muscle mass. While I recognize this approach may not be sustainable long-term, I’m prepared to push myself for these initial two months.
I’m reaching out to seek advice and tips from those who have experience with weight loss or relevant knowledge. Do you think my goal is achievable within this timeframe? My aim is to reach 250-260 lbs by the end of two months, followed by transitioning to a more sustainable eating plan for gradual weight loss.
I appreciate any insights, suggestions, or personal experiences you can share to make my plan more effective. Additionally, I’m open to feedback on potential risks or concerns about this approach to ensure I prioritize my health.
Thank you for your support and guidance. I’m eager to embark on this journey and improve my health.
