Losing Weight at Work

So lately (July), I got a new work that requires me to be on my feet and move around all day every day. It is non-stop, and I don’t have any chairs to sit in. Only things to lean on. Around the two-month point, I began to notice that my clothes fit awkwardly. I looked at the scale, and I had dropped from 220 to 215. Then 215 became 210, and then 200 pounds as of yesterday.

My clothing fits much better now, and I feel better about my physique; all I want to know is how I can keep this weight loss going. I’ve already started to decrease soda and excess sugars. I don’t drink dairy anyhow, and I’ve been attempting to only drink water.

I’d just like to say congratulations and keep up the fantastic work! It sounds like you’re already cutting what you should and staying active. Rock on!

I’ve had the same experience. I began a housekeeping job six months ago. I work four evenings a week and walk an average of two to three miles each night. I have not even changed my diet, yet I’ve lost 24 pounds.
