Not ashamed to say I'm losing weight with Slimfast/Soylent/Huel

I lead a busy life with a small business and a child. I used to do yoga and cycling but don’t have time anymore.

My “alarm” weight was 165 pounds, but pandemic stress led to fast food and sweets, and I reached 175. My clothes didn’t fit, so I had to buy new ones for events.

I cook healthy dinners but often end up getting fast food due to my busy schedule. I realized I could afford pre-made meal replacement drinks, so I started having a 200-calorie SlimFast at 10 am and a 400-calorie Soylent or Huel at 1 pm. By dinner, I’m ready for a normal meal. On weekends, I eat out guilt-free with my wife.

I’ve been losing about 1 pound a week and am now down to 164 pounds. It’s not perfect, but I’m glad I embraced meal replacement drinks.

I truly have no problem with Huel; it was always a terrific method to get a balanced, low-calorie meal while at work. Keep up the excellent work.
