Exercise, in my opinion, is a wise next step. I also like how you turned it around. I should be happy that I was able to maintain my weight loss. I’ve been avoiding exercise, but it’s time to accept it LOL.
Are you tracking your calories accurately or just estimating them? If you’re estimating, you’re probably exceeding your maintenance level. Many seemingly “simple” foods can have a surprising amount of calories. Consider getting a food scale and using an app like “MyFitnessPal” to weigh your food and monitor your calorie intake.
