Subway calorie calculator

Subway is my favorite lunch spot, as I can usually find a low-calorie sandwich almost anywhere when I travel.

However, the issue I encounter is that the calorie information for Subway can be somewhat inconsistent. For instance, a 6-inch turkey sandwich is advertised as 360 calories, but what toppings are included? Does it come with cheese? Am I allowed to add one “low-fat sauce”? And which sauces qualify as low-fat?

I stumbled upon this website, and it has become my go-to for navigating these questions.

Subway has a public PDF with all their ingredients listed! I found it by googling “subway calorie pdf” and it’s the first result.

Page 3/5: Breads and their calorie amounts for a 6" size.
Page 3-4: Condiments and veggies for a 6" sub.
Page 4: Cookies.
Page 5: Soups (8oz).

Many restaurants also have public PDFs with nutrition info available!

Wow, this is incredible. My usual sub, before starting my journey, was 970 calories, and that’s not even counting the potato chips I sometimes added. I’m definitely not going back there in a hurry. Like, ever.

I am surprised to learn that the 740-calorie sandwich actually contained nearly 1000 calories. Wow :scream_cat:
