Hello everyone, I am 6 feet tall and weigh 164 pounds currently, down from 219 pounds in March 2020. I’m quite thrilled, however I just started working at McDonald’s and get a free $7 dinner here. I’m trying to save money anywhere I can, and I was doing OMAD before this with great results. However, I’m considering having a tiny quantity of food on my break because I burn a lot of calories moving around for 8 hours, but I want to eat the correct things.
Is there anything on the morning menu that is healthy enough to avoid wasting calories? Even simply orange juice or anything similar? I’m only trying to get some extra calories in the morning.
Egg McMuffin is a high-quality sandwich. I’m not sure why folks are asking you to take out the muffin; you didn’t specify you were eating keto. Take a slice of fruit and an Egg McM with a coffee (no flavours).
Since everyone has previously mentioned egg McMuffins, I’ll add that breakfast burritos are also a good option. There is somewhat less protein and fat than the muffin, but the calories, carbohydrates, and salt are quite equal.
You can get banger patties and eggs separately. If you order a McMuffin or a biscuit and then hold the biscuit, you will still be charged for the McMuffin. (A note for those who do not work there.)
If you order through the app, you’ll find the a la carte items under the “snacks and sides” breakfast category.
I am a McDonald’s breakfast specialist. It is the only option I have in the morning on my way to work. egg muffin with an additional egg. It is rich in protein. does not leave you feeling bad about yourself. When I want something a little more flavourful, I go for the bacon egg biscuit. very fkn wonderful just 450 calories. I believed the burritos were around 600 calories, which is too much for breakfast. I have to remain under 500 for breakfast
Working there allows you to prepare dishes that are not on the menu. Alternatively, customise to your liking. Have an egg with gammon, or just the egg white, with tomatoes and onions. Eat plain yoghurt from the parfait. If the ingredients are available, you can mix and match them as you choose.
