I had always thought peanut butter was greasy, especially when compared to Nutella and other similar products. However, I have noticed that many health bloggers and vloggers add a tablespoon of peanut butter to their overnight oat bowl because it is high in protein. So, if you take one tablespoon of it every day, it is nutritious and may even help you lose weight because you will not be hungry for long. What do you all think?

I enjoy all forms of peanut butter, but PB2 powdered peanut butter meets my caloric demands the best. Recently, I have started combining two serves (100 calories) with a cup of vanilla low fat greek yogurt (130 calories) for a filling, high-protein snack. 28 grams of protein for 230 calories is not terrible.
Peanut butter has always been a reliable food for me. I believe it helped me survive my struggle with anorexia years ago. My dietician recognized it as a safe choice and suggested I carry a jar in my bag, so I could take a bite whenever I felt ready.
