Weighing 130~ KG, where and how do I start?

The title says it all. What diet can I follow that completely cuts out carbohydrates? I’m not picky with food, but when I google it, I get confused about what counts as carbs.

Also, what’s a good way to start exercising without going to a gym? Jogging seems inefficient at my current weight, and I’ve heard that walking works better for very overweight people. I need to lose at least 10kg by May, which is my personal goal.

Swimming could be a good fit for you.

For a diet with zero carbs, try the keto diet—it’s low-carb and high-fat. Foods like meat, fish, eggs, and non-starchy veggies are your best friends here. I tried it, and it really helped me get a handle on carbs. For exercise, walking is great, especially when you’re starting out. It’s easy on the joints and helps with weight loss
