Hello guys, There are a ton of different apps available, but in far too many of them, the best features are only available with a paid subscription. MFP is the only one I own. Do you guys know of any other applications that are recommended for diet or exercise plans?
Freeletics: It offers free workout routines (bodyweight or gym-based) that you can customize to your fitness level.
MyFitnessPal (MFP) - sounds like you’re already using this one, but it’s great!): Lets you track calories, set goals, and connect with a supportive fitness community (their free version is robust!).
