There isn’t a particular workout that targets fat loss. In the end, the only thing that will help you lose weight is a calorie deficit. You can exercise to your heart’s content, but the benefits will take far longer if you’re eating poorly. With the right training and a clean diet in a calorie deficit, you’ll be set for success.
