What are you normal diets from day to day? I feel really bad eating Moe's Southwest Grill (a burrito place) once a week

Hello everyone.

In order to better understand what I should be doing, I was intrigued to see what you typically consume on a daily basis. Alternatively, do you only eat something that has fewer than a specific amount of calories?

I felt terrible about having a burrito bowl with chips and queso from Moe’s today. Although I am aware that these foods are high in calories, I only typically consume them once a week. It is been going well for me to attempt to watch what I consume. I skipped breakfast today and instead ran in the morning and drank a fat-free protein shake. Every time I eat at Moe’s, I have the ridiculous cholesterol problems and the feeling that I am going to gain three or four pounds in an overnight.

Don’t stress about Moe’s once a week, it’s all about balance. I try to eat lean proteins and veggies most days, but an occasional treat is totally fine. Enjoy it.

To manage your diet, track your calories daily, including on “cheat days.” If you stay within your calorie goal, like having an ice cream cone while maintaining your intake, your weekly effort should balance out. Track it all to see if your weekly plan offsets your cheat days effectively.
