Hello… I’ve been wanting to change my diet for a while now to be more healthy, but I’ve always had trouble with knowing which foods/drinks should be cut from my diet. What are the most basic foods or drinks that you recommend being cut from a diet, and why? Thanks in advance
Cut down on sugary drinks, processed carbs, and excessive snacks. Avoid high-calorie sauces and condiments. Eat more fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains instead.
Reduce your intake of fruit juices in favour of more fruits. Cut back on drinks and fried foods. Cut back on dairy products. They contain primarily saturated fat. Reduce your intake of sugar, including fake sugar. Cut back on red meat! This could cause serious problems such as piles and constipation. Reduce the use of preservatives and cook prepared foods fresh.
I’ve been in a similar boat, trying to clean up my diet, and cutting out some key items really helped me feel better. Generally, it’s a good idea to cut back on sugary drinks, like sodas and fruit juices, as they can lead to weight gain and increased blood sugar levels. Processed foods and snacks high in refined sugars and unhealthy fats, such as chips and cookies, should also be reduced. Limiting red and processed meats can be beneficial too, as they are linked to various health issues. Instead, focus on whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. This approach helped me find a more balanced and healthier diet.
