What free calorie-counting app are you using?

What calorie counting app do you use that is completely free?

I redownloaded My Fitness Pal since I enjoyed how simple it was to scan everything into the program. When I try to utilise it now, they ask me to pay a subscription fee for something that was before free.

I shed 6 pounds by changing my meals to salads and eating lesser servings. But I still have a long way to go, and I know I’ll have to start counting calories at some point. I don’t have a food scale, but I usually consume premade salads or protein drinks with bar codes, which should be simple to scan.

Also, what is the opinion on eating calories burned during exercise? I understand you can’t outrun your plate.

I use Cronometer and have never used another one. Barcode scanning and recipe preparation are free.

I use “Lose It!” because it is free and includes all of my favourite MFP features that were previously free. I can develop recipes, read barcodes, and so on.

I use Mynetdiary. All of the logging and weight tracking is now free, however there is a subscription option for features such as autopilot calories and recipe saving.

Cronometer has worked the best for me. Ads are not bothersome, and the free version includes many features.
