It’s better to combine it with a balanced diet and regular exercise for lasting results.
In my weight loss journey, I came across discussions about the “ice hack,” which involves using ice packs or wraps on certain body areas to purportedly enhance fat burning. Intrigued by the concept of cold thermogenesis and its potential impact on metabolism, I decided to experiment with this method. I found that while applying ice packs did create a temporary sensation of cold and might have marginally increased calorie expenditure, it didn’t lead to significant weight loss on its own.
