Do you consume any foods or beverages that may be controversial, yet you firmly believe they aid in weight loss? Not excessive, but interesting to know what foods folks are consuming to shed pounds and keep it off. Eating wholesome, satisfying food is a part of that. Eating the same foods over and over again gets monotonous, therefore I’d love to hear about some alternative recommendations.
I’m extremely like mashed potatoes right now. While I am aware that many dieters shun potatoes like the plague, I have discovered that when eaten in moderation, they are highly satisfying and help me reach my caloric deficit. Green beans, mashed potatoes, and baked, skinless chicken breast are staples in our household.
I often eat when I’m bored. Hence, I munch on vegetables rather than high-calorie meals like chips. It was terrible at first, but now I’ve grown to love them to the point where, if I haven’t had bell peppers or carrot sticks in a few days, I will genuinely need them. Even if you eat vegetables nonstop, you won’t even come close to finishing your daily calorie intake. I especially love skinnypop popcorn since it uses less oil in its production, making it lower in calories than other popcorn brands. A really substantial dish for just 150 calories. I occasionally add low-calorie seasoning to it as well. Another delicious salty and crunchy snack is dried edamame
Great choice of food. I also go vegan, and eliminate any meat from my diet alongside intermittent fasting whenever I feel like I need to be on low calories. It helps a lot
