Hey guys, I apologies if this question has been asked before, but why are potatoes not thought of as a superfood for weight loss? Although we usually link them with junk food and french fries due to their high calorie content, they are incredibly filling. I have had 141g of oil-roasted potatoes for 168 calories, and I feel perfectly satisfied for hours. Potatoes swept the board with over 200% of the percentages in tests on which foods are the most satisfying. Why do not we discuss potatoes in more detail? Rich in nutrients and very tasty baked, steamed, or roasted.

Boil, mash, or use them in a stew.
When I was using Noom, the program recommended potatoes as a satiating carb. I believe the only reason I would quit eating them is if I developed an allergy.
