Is it really possible to lose weight by just eating cucumbers and drinking water? I wonder if this is a good idea or not.
Don’t even try it. This sounds pretty miserable.
Sure, you might lose some weight but you’ll probably gain it all back when you start eating normally again.

When I start, I won’t plan to stop though.

Alright, pick your coffin for a few weeks from now then.
Wouldn’t you be missing out on protein though?
Sure, you might lose weight, but you’d also lose muscle, and it’s definitely not a healthy or long-term solution. Eat balanced meals instead.
You would lose weight, but it’s not a healthy way to do it.
You could probably lose some weight, but it wouldn’t last long. You’ll be starving from food cravings and will likely undo whatever weight you lost. Plus, you’ll miss out on essential nutrients like protein and vitamins. Maybe try it as a ‘what if’ experiment, but don’t stick with it for too long.
