Eight weeks in, and I've lost 20 pounds

Starting weight - 230

current weight - 209.6

goal weight - 140

I’m also down a size, 1.5 inches, and have more energy. Seeing and experiencing results is extremely addictive. It motivates you to keep going. :relieved:

It’s only lowering this quickly because it’s most likely just water weight, and this is merely the beginning. It’s going to start slowing down to probably about 1 pound a week lol. I eat 1500 calories every day.

That must’ve been one hell of a calorie deficit because you lost 20 pounds in two months, that’s 10 pounds a month, or 2 1/2 half pounds every week.

Just a calorie deficit! I just started intermittent fasting, so I’ll see how it works for me. I will only eat between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m.
