Give me some extremely harsh motivation to stop eating junk food and stop being lazy about working out

I really need it. I’ve been battling with junkfood addiction and bingeing for over a year, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to break the cycle. I’ve also been too lazy to workout. During this time, I gained 20 kilogrammes. I just need some brutal counsel and drive.

Do you wish to have diabetes, dementia, cancer, heart attack, or stroke? Just keep eating, and you’ll get there.

Visceral fat is like an organ that wishes to kill you. Get rid of it while you can.

One day, you’ll realise that every desire you ever had died because you chose comfort over effort, and you’ll have only yourself to blame. That sorrow will plague you indefinitely.

No. I won’t. People who are hooked to junk food (like me) feel sluggish, tired, and seek a quick fix that is handy but lacks everything they genuinely need, leaving them hungry and trapped in a nasty addictive loop. What you need is some self-reflection and love. Believe that you deserve to take better care of your body. Believe that you deserve better and that you should take the time to prepare nutritious and delicious healthy foods for yourself. Your mother did not bring you into the world to fill your body with garbage; instead, treat yourself with the kindness and attention that you truly deserve.

Someone on here got the ball rolling for me by encouraging me to monitor calories and get moving. No gimmicks, trends, or bullshit. I started on August 1st and am currently dropping weight. It can be done. I’m no longer dragging around, huffing as I walk to my car from a store. I’m doing 45 minutes of cardio five days a week. You deserve to feel great. From someone who has been there, done that, and purchased the t-shirt :tshirt:.

Nobody will respect or love you because you refuse to respect and love yourself.

Visualise your higher self, the person who looks and feels the best. Then set high expectations for yourself because you deserve to eat high-quality food while also feeling good about yourself afterward. Try to tune in to your body and see how you feel after consuming junk food. Does it energise you or make you feel sluggish? Most likely, you are utilising junk food to distract yourself from other concerns that are upsetting you. Also, OP, be kinder to yourself and give yourself the kindness and respect you deserve. You don’t need “brutal” or “harsh” motivation to stop eating junk foods. You must respect yourself enough to say no to what is harmful to your body.
