Has anyone done a medically restricted 800 cal diet?

Did any of you who were formerly morbidly fat try an 800 calorie diet? one carried out for a few weeks under a physician’s supervision? If yes, describe your actions and the outcomes. Did you consume any bars, take any vitamins, or stick to a diet? Which macros and micros did you use?

I am 5.4’ and 250 lbs, so I did some research online and found that you may participate in these programs for up to 12 weeks. (Mostly because of the high beginning weight.)

I appear to be stalled in my weight reduction, therefore, I am thinking of doing this, even though I usually enjoy fasting. I used to weigh 309 pounds, and I currently fast for two days a week eating just at night. But I am worried about the health hazards. My insurance begins in a month, but I want to do additional study and see a weight loss doctor before taking time off work. I believe that knowing what I am talking about beforehand helps me know what questions to ask the doctor.

Before attempting a new diet, do your homework. See a physician who specializes in weight loss for advice on efficacy and safety.

hi people
Certainly, medically supervised 800-calorie diets are occasionally recommended for specific medical conditions or weight loss programs. These diets are closely overseen by healthcare professionals to guarantee their safety and effectiveness for the individual’s unique requirements.
