I’ve been doing out on a regular basis, but it’s not intense, and my calorie deficit isn’t significant. So, I haven’t shed much weight. I have starting intermittent fasting and want to lose weight. I have plenty of energy throughout the day since I workout in the morning, which isn’t too challenging. So I was considering doing another workout in the day.
Since resuming my IF, my morning exercise level has decreased significantly, and it was already low. But it makes me feel wonderful, so I want to keep doing it. I want to know if doing extra workout in the day will help me lose weight. I am just
Honestly, it’s easy to do, but it will wear you out the more intense and confident you get in the gym with pushing yourself forward. I used to go twice and do different muscle groups each time, and by the end of the day, I was exhausted. I say take it slow and push yourself extra once a day so your different muscles can rest and you don’t quit because of it.
I do weights in the gym for 60 minutes before work four mornings a week and walk for 60-90 minutes each day. I enjoy going for a stroll after work since it allows me to decompress and spend some “me” time. It definitely helps my deficiency, but I do it for mental health reasons.
I normally exercise for an hour in the morning, followed by 20-30 minutes of weight training and another 30-40 minutes on my bike. Then I go on walks with my children for an hour to an hour and a half every day. I consider it working out twice a day, lol.
