I don’t know, I can’t envision myself being as slim as I want to be; I’m not as big as I once was, but I feel that accomplishing my goals is unachievable since I can’t see it in myself. I think it’s difficult to keep motivated working for an appearance I can’t imagine.

To stay motivated, focus on non-scale triumphs such as more energy or better-fitting clothing. Also, strive to make your workouts enjoyable by selecting activities you enjoy. Preparing healthy meals in advance can help you keep to your diet plan. Remember to be kind to yourself and recognise that setbacks are common. Consider why you started this path and visualise the benefits of being dedicated.
