Took me about 5-6 months to lose 23 lbs . I used MFP and aimed for a weekly average calorie intake of 1,200. I’d say it took maybe 10-15 lbs to start noticing a difference on my face. My double chin is almost gone now I miss my boobs but I definitely don’t miss the extra chin!
