Is there an appetite suppressant that actually works?

So, about 2 years ago, I decided I didn’t want to dislike my body anymore after having a baby. I hired a trainer and watched what I ate carefully. I lost 10 pounds and gained a lot of muscle in 6 months.

Then I found a friend to go to the gym with, and I thought I could keep it up on my own.

It was okay, but some people in my life praise my weight loss and then try to make me eat unhealthy foods, like my mother-in-law with desserts and chips (which I love).

Now, I’ve gained back all the weight I lost. I’m determined to lose it again, but I want to do it on my own because I can’t afford a trainer forever. But I have a problem: in the evenings, I crave treats.

I eat healthy during the day, but by 7:00 PM, I feel like I need something sweet. I’ve tried a lot of things, but I think an appetite suppressant could help me break this habit.

Do you have any suggestions?

The Naltrexone-bupropion pill helped me a lot when I was trying to lose weight too.
Check it out and see how you like it.

Supplements won’t fix the real problem. It is better to try to change the bad habit.

I quickly throw away or give away free food that I don’t want. When I’m done eating for the night, I brush my teeth and tell myself that any more hunger pangs are just wants and not real hunger. Then I don’t eat. At 7 p.m., you FEEL like having a treat, but you don’t really NEED one. You only need one.
