Not losing facial fat

So I went into a calorie deficit, joined a gym, and went from 80kgs (176 lbs) to 63kgs (138 lbs), and I got fairly skinny and lean, but the fat on my face is still the same as it was before, with no visible changes… Am I doing something wrong? If so, please feel free to offer some advice.

I don’t want to put you under a lot of pressure to lose facial fat.

Simply follow the steps I took to eliminate facial fat.

Reduce your salt consumption. Because salt retains water in the body.
Reduce Simple carbohydrates and sugar.
Drink adequate water.
Exercise at least for 20 minutes.
Laugh. View any comedy series or stand-up comedy.
Trim your beard. Give your beard a good form near the jawline.
Walk for ten minutes after lunch and dinner.

To be honest, I believe baby fat in the face is very cute. For example, Jennie from Blackpink has dumpling cheeks.

But if you still want to get rid of your dumpling cheeks, try consuming less salt or anything that causes your face to bloat.

You might also try some basic facial workouts or massage your face. Apparently, pressing the region between your thumb and index/pointer finger improves blood circulation. And your face will be less swollen.

But I think fat cheeks are adorable. Even I did back then. They may tend to sag as you get older, though. So you must take the proper skin care.

People tend to carry their weight in specific parts of their bodies. Some of us have excess fat around our waistlines, while others gain weight quickly in their thighs. If you have a double chin while being thin, it is simply due to your body’s hereditary storage of excess fat around the jawline. When you’re slim, even a small amount of fat under your jaw, known as submental fat, can look out of place. Most of the time, it’s simply a function of genetics, with someone in your family tree passing on the predisposition to have a little more flesh or fat around the chin.

The best technique to reduce that face fat is to utilise a supplement but also practise a few suggestions you should do to lose facial fat in 2-3 weeks and you should drink this three times a day, then you will be fine.

Many people would be intrigued to learn that, unlike other regions of the body, face fat cannot be hidden. Genes and hormones can both contribute to face obesity. If you spend hours at the gym trying to reduce weight, you must not disregard facial fat. Simple changes can be made to get rid of facial fat and achieve a beautiful jawline.

Hey, I hope you’re doing well. See, reducing merely the fat on the face is impossible. Spot reduction is impossible. Your body will burn fat throughout the body rather than just in specific areas. Just eat well, including plenty of vegetables and fruits. Avoid sugar, junk food, packaged foods, and sodas. Consume fibrous and protein-rich foods. You will surely see results. Also, drink 4-5L of water every day, as a chubby face can cause bloating owing to a lack of water intake, causing your body to store water in your face or stomach. Also, keep an eye on your sodium consumption. Begin exercising at least three times a week for 30-40 minutes. Best wishes.

It’s genetic.

You can’t lose it.

You can blame your parents.

The good news is that it looks horrible while you’re young but better when you’re older, so if you’re over 40, you’ll seem naturally younger (30ish). Others will have to spend for procedures to appear like you do naturally.

If you are young and female, you can employ shade to slim out your face. You’ll only need this until you’re 30.

You did not say how old you are, but having a larger face will make you appear younger as you age, which might be a plus. I just shed 46 pounds and so much weight from my face that I now appear my true age of 81. Until now, I’ve always looked younger, much younger.

Well, just because you are slim does not imply that you are healthy. Even if you are skinny, I recommend that you consume more vegetables and nuts and get some exercise. If you want to strengthen your jawline, one specific strategy I used was to chew a lot of gum because it stimulates motion in the jaw area. Also, make sure you consume 8 glasses of water. If all of this fails, it is possible that your body type and structure are the cause.

Because you are skinny and cannot afford to lose any more weight, I recommend that you wait for the various changes that your body will go through. Also, start saving money. If you are still dissatisfied after these adjustments, your only choice may be plastic surgery, which your health insurance does not cover. I can’t fathom somebody having facial surgery for vanity reasons. I would assume they’d find the pain more unpleasant than a full face.

You can adjust what you consume, and your face may lighten slightly. Okay, try eating more vegetables and grilled chicken or fish. Eat kale every day. I go to Smoothie King to ensure I receive my daily kale consumption. But I also try to buy fresh kale at the grocery store. Drink water rather than pop. Consume less bread and rice. Consume as many green foods as possible. Salads with grapes, limes, strawberries, apples, blueberries, cucumbers, spinach, and ginger.

What you need to do is monitor your daily meal nutrition and begin completing a 40-minute cardio activity in the early morning. To minimise fat on your face, avoid any sugary, fried, and highly salty foods. Drink plenty of water and eat green salads.

With that said, begin practicing cardio exercises such as mild jogging and rope skipping. Skipping is the easiest way to shed fat off your face.

Some people are genetically predisposed to having rounder faces, and that’s fine!

Many of us will inject fillers into our cheeks to get a more “full-faced” appearance.

If it is not your face, but rather under your chin, you should rewrite or create a new inquiry about how to remove fat in that place.

Side note: I’ve always been dissatisfied with my freckles, and others frequently complement them. Your distinct physical characteristics do not detract from your beauty or appearance.

Were you always fuller? In the face? If so, the cause is most likely genetic. If not, it is most likely due to a dietary issue. Excessive alcohol use may induce facial bloating. Maybe obtain blood tests to see whether you need to adjust your diet.

Sometimes when you’re incredibly skinny, your head appears too big for your body — the Olsen twins, for example, I’ve seen images and thought their heads and faces were huge, but it’s simply because everything else is so small.

There was no disrespect intended; simply seeing someone so slim reminded me of seeing pictures of the Olsen twins and thinking something similar.
