Weight loss assistance

I need some weight loss assistance. I’ve been eating 1,300 calories per day of good food, including plenty of protein and less carbs and fat. I walk at least 3 kilometres, if not 6 km, per day. Every other day, I do one hour of weight lifting. But I’ve been stuck at the same weight for about a month. 123 pounds as a 19-year-old 5’0" (F). Is there any advice? Am I doing things incorrectly?

There are numerous weight loss plans available, but one of the most effective is to simply do stairs, jump, and floor exercises such as crunches, leg raises, and side leg raise. All exercises consist of 25 reps in one set, and you must complete four sets of each.

Consider the keto diet for weight loss. Focus on healthy fats, restrict carbs, and consume moderate protein. Maintain hydration, monitor electrolytes, plan meals, and get frequent exercise. Consult a healthcare expert for personalised guidance.

A well-balanced diet and regular exercise are essential for effective weight loss. Consider using MyFitnessPal to track your food intake and Nike Training Club or FitOn to guide your exercise routine. Always get the advice of a healthcare expert before beginning any new exercise or nutrition regimen.

A mix of regular exercise and a balanced, calorie-controlled diet can help you lose weight. MyFitnessPal, for example, can help you track your food consumption, while Nike Training Club or Fitbod can assist you through your workouts. Before making any major changes to your diet or exercise plan, always talk with a healthcare expert.

I cannot give such guidance; however, eat three modest meals and two snacks; it is dependent on your specific BMI, how many calories you consume versus how many calories you exert to determine how much you can burn. I’m sorry I can’t do more.

Focus on a balanced diet, exercise on a regular basis with a combination of cardio and strength training, eat mindfully, and set realistic objectives for weight loss. Stay hydrated, get enough sleep, and consider tracking with apps like MyFitnessPal.
