Hey, has anyone tried the 12-3-30 treadmill workout for weight loss? I’ve been seeing it all over. Basically, you set the incline to 12, the speed to 3, and go for 30 minutes. It’s supposed to be as effective as running but easier on the joints, which is great for heavier folks. Even though my stamina is pretty good right now, I doubt I could manage the full 30 minutes at that incline. Has anyone given it a shot?

If you can’t manage the full 30 minutes, start at an incline you can handle and gradually increase it over time.
