What are some websites that offer free beginner gym training plans?

I’d appreciate actual guidance rather than suggestions. I’ve seen websites with advice on how to create a plan that works for you, but I’ve never gone to the gym on a regular basis. I’m familiar with fundamental motions (my parents do CrossFit, and I’ve completed some class workouts), but I’ve never worked out at a gym on a consistent basis.

I’m attempting to reduce weight (I already run/swim three days a week), but I believe the major issue is that I’m skinny overweight. I weigh the typical amount for my height and age, but I appear overweight. So I’m hoping that adding muscle would help balance things out.

Any recommendations for websites that offer a 5-8 week gym regimen would be fantastic!
