I am at the beginning of my weight loss journey, focusing on major diet and lifestyle changes for my health, which will naturally include losing some weight. I have pre-existing conditions that might make this journey a bit tougher, but I am estimating a loss of about 15-25 pounds to reach my initial goals.
I have several tattoos I have been wanting to get, but I am torn about whether to wait until I have reached a maintenance phase in my weight loss journey. Is it advisable to start getting tattoos while still losing weight? How did your tattoos change as you lost weight, and do you regret not waiting until you were at your goal weight?
