What weight is “skinny” for 6’2” or 6’3”?

BMI, yada yadda yadda. For those without excess muscle mass, however, what weight does one appear “normal” or “thin” at? I would like to know what weight to aim for next because I am a few pounds under my goal weight of 170, but I still have some love handles and a stomach. Although, as far as weight for height goes, it is still in the middle of the BMI chart.

For someone who’s 6’2" or 6’3", a weight around 144-160 pounds might be considered “skinny” or “thin,” especially if you don’t have much muscle mass. It depends on your body composition and how you feel in your own skin.

It is more of a composition than a number. 6’3 185 with fat or muscle looks completely different. Avoid obsessing over BMI as it doesn’t take into account the actual weight. Consider body fat percentage.
