Will losing weight make my breasts look saggy?

I’ve got average-small breasts that got bigger when I put on some weight. If I lose around 70 pounds, will they end up looking saggy? Just wondering if this is something I should expect.

Yeah, it can happen, but it really depends on your age, skin’s elasticity, and genetics.

A bit of sagging might happen with a big weight loss, but there are great bras that can help with this. If it’s still a concern, there are surgical options too. You could also work on building muscle in that area to keep a more lifted look.

@River
I might think about a lift if it gets too noticeable, but hopefully, a good bra will do the trick.

If you ever breastfeed, it’ll likely cause sagging too, but that’s what they’re naturally made for. Getting fitted by a good bra specialist can make a huge difference.

Would knowing that change your mind about losing weight? I dropped 130 pounds between ages 36 and 40. Yeah, my boobs did flatten some, but honestly, I’d still choose that over being overweight. Saggy boobs and loose skin are a small trade-off for being healthier.

Yeah, some sagging is likely, depending on your starting size and shape. But think of it this way; you’re gaining better health. And if anyone has an issue with them, then they’re probably just shallow. Real ones appreciate all shapes and sizes.

Honestly, it could go either way. I lost over 100 pounds and didn’t notice much change in firmness. But my stomach… that’s another story. Guess it’s all about luck.

Honestly, it’s not something you can control. Just focus on getting healthier. Worrying about how skin will settle can take your focus off the main goal.

I get that, but I think it’s natural to want to know what to expect. Losing a lot of weight is a huge change, so preparing for what might happen can make the process less shocking.

@Eli
That’s true, but sometimes people can overthink it and get discouraged. Best to take things one step at a time instead of stressing over every detail.

Honestly, it just depends on your body.

Yep, sagging is possible.

As a guy, I honestly don’t mind how they look. Big, small, perky, floppy; they’re all great in their own way.
