Has anyone else experienced unexpected changes in their weight since starting vaping? I’ve been using a vape for about six months now, and I’ve noticed a slight but noticeable decrease in my weight during this time. While I haven’t made any significant changes to my diet or exercise routine, I’m curious if vaping could be influencing this. Could vaping somehow affect metabolism or appetite in ways that contribute to weight loss, or might there be other factors at play here?

Actually, diet and exercise play a crucial role in personal well-being.
Let me tell you, I’ve developed quite a habit over the years. Smoking for 35 years has left me with a wicked hand-to-mouth addiction. If it wasn’t for vaping with 0 nicotine, I’d probably replace it with eating instead.

Vaping is not a reliable or healthy method for weight loss. Some individuals might experience appetite suppression due to nicotine, but vaping poses significant health risks and should not be considered a weight management strategy.
Nicotine does suppress appetite, though it’s not exactly healthy long-term, neither is being morbidly obese. There are other ways to get nicotine besides vaping, like gum or patches.
