I was discussing working out with my coworker, who is a personal trainer. I mentioned that I’ve been doing a 20-minute at-home spin class, which is enough to get me a little sweaty. She said that’s great but doesn’t recommend doing cardio every day, and I forgot to ask her why. These classes are the only exercise I enjoy right now, and I find I stick to my healthy eating better if I start my day with a fun spin class. Is there any risk to doing cardio every day, specifically 20 minutes of moderate-intensity indoor cycling?

Regular exercise can aggravate joints and muscles. Exercise variety will improve balance and help avoid overuse problems. Take care of yourself; rest when necessary.

Yes, you can do cardio exercise on a daily basis, but it’s essential to consider factors such as your fitness level, overall health, goals, and the intensity and duration of your cardio workouts.
Not really, too much of anything can be very dangerous
The maximum amount of cardiac activity that is advised to be done each week or day is not specified.
