Day 2, AKA Why I'm sticking to Slimfast

Two days ago, I shared my diet plan and past struggles. Despite some criticism, I’m sticking with SlimFast. Here’s why:

SlimFast helps me with portion control and trying out other diets like carb-free and Atkins. It’s a gradual step towards healthier eating habits.

So far, I’ve resisted temptations and learned about calorie content. Stay tuned for weekly updates on my progress.

I don’t quite understand the appeal. Can you explain further? Having it occasionally as a backup makes sense, but relying on it daily seems limited. SlimFast portions aren’t very satisfying. Wouldn’t homemade meals/snacks be more fulfilling? Are you planning to use it long-term? How do you transition away from shakes? Just curious.
